Logistics Analytics

Logistics Analytics it’s responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. Will oversee supply chain processes and product delivery by tracking and reviewing invoices, shipment status, and delivery route activity.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support analysis for monthly small parcel, audit, and analysis for the customer base

  • Support Product Management in the implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g., late recovery, incorrect billing)

  • Help develop support analysis, requirements, and standards (e.g., packaging, procurement, delivery)

  • Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules for the client base 

  • Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members

  • Evaluate vendor operations (e.g., freight forwarders) according to quality standards

  • Collaborate with management to implement effective systems to support robust analytics capabilities 

  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.


Skills and Qualifications


  • Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications, and logistics programs

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the logistics industry or related industry

  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, relational databases, MySQL, 

  • Familiarity with e-comm and shipping processes

  • Self-starter

  • Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work remotely and independently  

  • Proficient in English, verbal and written.
